Although Puerto has not returned to precovid levels, there were many people around the town and sea front.
Puerto de la Cruz is a more ‘regular’ city in that it is hot in summer and warm in winter, the middle ground between SC and LL. Both cities are great and the island has many historically significant places if you want to get to know it better. Hope this was helpful, best of luck and stay safe!
