I've looked in every feasible location and cannot find that .txt file anywhere. There's nothing for ETS2 in My Documents, and the game folder only has a couple of things in it. Note about Steam vs. ETS2 vanilla profiles: I believe the only difference is going to be that Steam saves are stored in the Steam directory on your PC vs. Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2, and their corresponding folders are labelled profiles vs. steam_profiles. Otherwise, their innards including save folders etc. should be exactly the same. Paris, 10M of people, 105 km², is reduced to ~7 streets. I seriously doubt any of it is remotely close to its real life counterpart, it's a pity because if the detail was put into it ETS2 would be insane - but the effort required would also be insane.
